Reports
In the final stage of the Class EA process, a Design and Construction Report (DCR) for the Highway 417 Expansion Project will be made available for a 30-day public review period. This report will compile all of the pertinent project documentation and will include:
  • Project specific earlier and related work;
  • All design alternatives considered;
  • Design features;
  • Changes made as a result of external consultation;
  • Associated environmental protection/mitigation measures included in the contract package as related to those proposed in the TESR;
  • Consultation with external stakeholders and the public; and
  • Further commitments to be addressed during construction.
