Members of the public and public agencies were notified of project commencement through an Initial Notice advertised in local newspapers and published on this website. Adjacent and directly affected property and business owners were notified of project commencement through direct mail.

Public Involvement Centre
A Public Involvement Centre was held on June 10, 2008 to provide members of the public with an opportunity to review project documentation, provide input, and discuss the project with members of the project team. A PIC notice containing the location, time and date of the PIC has been published in local newspapers and posted on this web site. PIC display material has been posted on the presentations page.

Public Review of the Design and Construction Report (DCR)
Once complete, the DCR will be made available for a 30-day public review period. Interested persons are encouraged to review this document and provide comments. At that time, a Notice of Submission for the DCR containing the dates for the review period as well as the review locations will be published in local newspapers and posted on this web site. The final DCR will also be posted on this website.
